Dr. Donald Sharp Fredrickson
Married ,In Holland
Dr. Donald ,Sharp Fredrickson,

son of Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Fred-
rickson of this city and Miss Henri-
ett.a Priscilla Eekhof, daughter of
t,he late Professor A. Eekhof and
one' time president of Leyden Uni-
versity of Amsterdam, and Mrs. A.
Eekhof of Wassenaar were `married
September 5 in Holland. The wed-
ding took place in the Dutch Re-
formed church at Wassenaar, I a
suburb of The Hague and was a
formal ceremony performed by Dr.
Sillevis Smitt, chaplain of the Roy-

The .bride wore a. beautiful wed-
ding gown fashioned from white
brocaded satin, and threaded  with
gold. It was made along the tradi-
tional lines with a V-neckline, long
sleeves and a long full train. Her
veil held in place with a coronet of
orange blossoms, fell to the full
length of the train.

She was attended by three little
girls, one, a junior bridesmaid wore
a long white `@ess and white mitts
and carried a bouquet .of flowers.
The other girls were Scottish pages,
dressed in Scottish attire. They car-
rietl her train. All were close
friends of the family.

Immediately following the cere-
mony a reception was held in ac-
cordance with the Dutch traditions.

Later Dr. and Mrs. Fredrickson
left for a two weeks wedding trip
in France and Switzerland. Dr.
Fredrickson returned on September
23 to Boston where he is assistant
in medicine at Peter Bent Brigham
hospital  and on the faculty of

Howard Medical school. Mrs. Fred-.
