This is Rubus odoratus or purple-flowering raspberry.

Purple-flowering raspberry displays its fragrant flowers from June into August and is hardy in
USDA Hardiness Zones 3-8. Even though the red fruits (inset, lower right) look appetizing, they are
dry and crumbly. While unpalatable to humans, the fruits attract songbirds and butterflies to the garden.
