Mary Ann,

I can't seem to get through ... it is an old complaint!

I am interested in some reaction to the Federal mandate concerning INCLUSION (caps - mine!) of ESL
kids and Learning Disabled/ ESL kids into the mainstream with little to no training for mainstream
teachers. What are people out there suggesting/doing? I have been
concerned with this issue and have gotten a number of inquiries - is anyone in our vast pool of
participants aware of research? practice issues? complaints? or all of the above.

Thank you
Sherry Migdail
