A rectangular cube represents a battery casing.  The casing is divided into
equal sections.  One of the sections is labeled "Cell".  The left and right
side panels of the casing are shown to contain the heating panels. The
heating panels are identical, and each consists of a long heating element
shaped similar to a square wave. Two ends of the heating elements are
connected to each other.  The other ends are connected to the Heater
element, which consist of two switching-thermostat circuitries.  Each
thermostat circuit consists of a switch, a capacitor and a resistor.
