Meeting Minutes:
1. Status of queueing simulation [Stephan Linn]:
   Stephan tried to give a status report on what he had done with Ptolemy
   (see document at http://www-d0.fnal.gov/~linn/d0_private/d0note_3673.ps).
   
   This is the first iteration of a queueing simulation using a new software        package; input from group members is solicited. First aim was to reproduce what Terry Heuring had done a year ago.
Discussion: Meenakshi Narain challenges utility of this work, states that assumptions used are wrong, studies are waste of time......
Stephan Linn points out that he would welcome input and suggestions.

2. Status of VHDL coding [Roberto Brown] 
   Roberto has many questions about cluster algorithm -- thinks that certain situations are not foreseen in present flowchart. Meenakshi suggests he should just code according to the present design -- changes can be implemented later.
Roberto would like to know what changes my loom -- would liket to foresee in code provision for possible changes in future.
