Subject: Proposed Regulation FD
 
As an individual investor trying to control my own financial future, I 
strongly urge the passage of this regulation.  The open availability of 
information pertinent to making investing decisions is right now held by an 
anachronistic cadre of over-priced and under-performing "professionals" 
whose only way to provide "value" to the consumer is by selling them 
information they have a right to know.  Help us drop these advisors who 
collectively underperform that market over 80 percent of the time.
