The differences in DcxFindSegs between tags V01-05-01 snf V01-05-02 
when the new options are turned off are:

Pattern 1133 is added with all four ambiguity states tried.

The number and.or order of the ambiguity states tried for
pat=2221 from 3 to 3,1
pat=4321 from 2 to 0,1,2,3
pat=1123 from 1 to 1,0
pat=1233 from 1 to 3,1,2

In order to get on the Segment list a segment now has to have the absolute 
value of the curvature less than 0.15. No such cut was made before the change.
Later DvcFindTracks makes a cut at 0.1.  So this change in DcxFindSegs should 
have no effect.
