     Mid Carolina District - Conditions improved. 
     Ivanhoe office - open.  70% delivery scheduled.
     Grifton back in facility. 75% to 80% delivery scheduled today. 
     Fayetteville Plant - Conditions good.  
     Charlotte - Conditions good.
     Rocky Mount - sun shining.  
     Raleigh - At present 500 roads impassable.  Unable to make 12,000 
     deliveries.
     Windsor office - limited service.
     Speed - mobile unit set up next to facility. 
     Greenville - unable to make 7,000 deliveries.
     Tarboro - conditions improved, still 120 city deliveries affected and 
     2,300 rural.
     Chinquapin 28521 - Water receded. Facility being cleaned. Full 
     operations tomorrow.
     Seven Springs 28521 - operating at Mount Olive 28365 PO. 
     Kinston - Neuse River to crest this PM. Full service planned tomorrow. 
     
     Conditions in outlying areas continue to improve as water recedes.
