ARESE Critical SIROS Sites: Site Operations activated Triage Maintenance Teams to travel to the Byron, Coldwater, Ringwood, and Vici EF's to perform critical maintenance on the SIROS Instruments. The Triage Teams made 3 trips to the Byron EF this week and corrected a wiring problem, replaced the MFR sensor head, and replaced the interface board twice. The Triage Teams made 2 trips to the Coldwater Kansas EF and corrected a wiring problem, and replaced the EFS Modem twice. On Monday 9/25/95 troubleshooting found and corrected a loose wire on the terminal strip for the PSP-DD. A normal scheduled PM trip to Vici on Monday 9/25/95 resulted in replacement of the MFR Sensor Head that was reported to have one bad channel. We subsequently have learned that the replacement sensor has two bad channels, and is again scheduled for replacement.
