SUBJECT	:	Office of Regional Procurement Notice System


The Office of Regional Procurement (ORP), USAID/Manila is instituting a system of communication with our contractors and grantees called the Office of Regional Procurement Notice System (ORP Notices).  The purpose of this system is to inform the contractor and grantee community about Mission policies or updates regarding contract and/or grant regulations.   Notices, however,  will not take the place of contract or grant modifications nor will they change the terms and conditions of the contracts or grants.

The ORP Notices will be numbered sequentially and will be issued by the Office of Regional Procurement.  If a contractor or grantee has any questions concerning the content of a specific ORP Notice, they should contact the Office of Regional Procurement, USAID/Manila.
