AMENDMENT DESCRIPTION:
Amendment sought to require that before a jury trial can be obtained in a price-fixing action, there must be shown by the plaintiff some evidence of a conspiracy to fix prices and that the conspiracy was the "major cause" in the termination of the contract.

An amendment to require that before a jury trial can be obtained in a price-fixing action, a discounter must show some evidence of a conspiracy to fix prices and that the price was the "major cause" in the termination of the contract.
