I cannot beleive that you are the agency responsible for regulating the food  industry for the protection and well being of the people by allowing  Gebetically Modified Foods to be manufactured and distributed without strenuous LONG TERM testing, and safety standards  impposed. The thought that you are not even assurring that those concerned about such an issue have the right to know by mandatory labeling is frightening.  I mean who's really funding the FDA opertions; ONSADO or the  United States People.  I know in my heart that what you are allowing to happen right now could literally devastate the planets food supply, if not at least allow a monoploly and stranglehold on its distribution. THe seeds themselves are sterile and unable to germinate yet they cross pollinate with other strains of plant life.  MORE knowledge and consciense other than the allmighty dollar needs to be considered in this scenario. Like the overall health and well being of the human beings consuming this food.  PLEASE take action on this issue.
