Central to our model are two important distinguishing factors which differentiate our model from previous efforts to reach recalcitrant communities of color: 1) a nightly updated website that tracks the daily productivity of every employed canvasser, accessible to management; and 2) a voter-file equipped Personal Data Assistant (PDA) which empowers our canvassers to poll voters, track communications, and meet high productivity goals with unprecedented accuracy. The patent-pending PDA software facilitates historic levels of voter interaction, while enabling field supervisors to track canvasser accountability so that the essential continuous voter communication effort takes place up through Election Day.

Specifically, our goal is to educate and survey citizenry , register (or re-register) and mobilize voters through a combination of targeted door-to-door canvassing activities, Our targeted door-to-door efforts, focuses on a) all residences in the African-American and Latino neighborhoods where no registered voters reside; and b) residences with inactive voters. In addition to supporting a well supervised and trained workforce, we will construct effective campaign advertising and voter education literature. Of note, our “Quality Control Unit” oversees a thorough accountability program that assures the validity of all completed registration applications.
