Jacquelyn Flowers: Jacquelyn E. Flowers is an international motivational speaker and trainer with more than 30 years of integrated experience as a public administrator and trainer. Jackye designs and conducts numerous courses in the areas of interpersonal skills training, communication, leadership, management/supervisory, team building and motivation. She serves on the Adjunct Faculty of the Graduate School, USDA conducting courses for various programs, including the National Capital Training Center, Center for Leadership and Management, the International Institute, Evening/Weekend Programs and GS Connect. This year the Graduate School, USDA is honoring Jackye with a "Faculty Excellence Award." In 1990-91, she was a Regional Finalist for the White Fellowship and is listed in the 2007/2008 "Honors Edition" of the Cambridge Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry.

Marguerite Scully: Marguerite Scully has over 20 years of teaching experience and has taught thousands of managers, aspiring managers and other employees. She has been teaching program and management analysis, leadership and management, budgeting and communication and writing skill courses for the Graduate School, USDA for over twelve years and has been a recipent of the Faculty Excellence Award. She currently operates an independent consulting firm offering training and consulting services. Prior to that, Ms. Scully was the corporate director of project management, regional director of operations and district manager of a tri-state region for an international consulting firm. In these positions she was responsible for designing and implementing the first companywide program for identifying, appraising and training project managers and managers. She was also responsible for the development and implementation of budget tracking procedures for projects and the training program that was used to introduce a corporatewide project management information system. Ms. Scully received her MBA from the University of New Orleans, graduating with a 4.0 average. She received her BA from Boston College, graduating magna cum laude, where she majored in English and Education and completed a major in geology equivalency. Additionally, she has completed over 60 hours of graduate-level course work in geology.
