        On November 19, 1998, Ross  E. Parrish filed this claim with
   the Board regarding  relocation  expenses.  On December 15, 1998,
   Mr.  Parrish  informed   the  Board  that  the   Immigration  and
   Naturalization  Service had agreed to allow the additional thirty
   days  of temporary quarters  subsistence expenses that  he sought
   and requested withdrawal of   his claim.  Accordingly, this claim
   is dismissed.
