Blessing Ceremony of the New U.S. Embassy Compound

On December 16, 2005 Phnom Penh Governor Kep Chutema joined U.S. Ambassador Joseph A. Mussomeli for a Blessing Ceremony of the New Embassy Compound in Phnom Penh.  5 Buddhist monks performed the blessing ceremony. After the blessing ceremony the U.S. Embassy Community walked to Wat Phnom to pay their respects to the Buddhas at the temple.
