Subject: neuro-toxicity of mercury fillings

To whom it may concern:
 
I would like to just let everyone at the FDA and the public know 
that hundreds of thousand of people (if not more) are suffering from 
mercury toxicity from their dental fillings and from toxins 
generated by root canals.   I believe that many if not most of the 
diseases we are battling right now: Cancer, Alzheimer's, 
Parkinson's, Chronic Fatigue, Multiple Sclerosis, Fibromalgia etc. 
have a link to mercury toxicity, oh and Autism-(mercury in 
vaccinations! what are you thinking!) 

I cannot begin to tell you the hellish nightmare I have been going 
through for the last year. My quality of life has diminished and I 
am on the verge of losing my job because I cannot perform my daily 
tasks and because I am having an extremely difficult time even 
driving myself there. My array of symptoms include: dizziness, 
migraines, short term memory loss, blurred vision, sinus and facial 
pressure, chronic fatigue, ringing in my ears, constipation, 
diarrhea, bloating, muscles twitching and cramps, bloody urinary 
infections, irregular menstruation and the list could go on.   I am 
only 26 years old! I have always been very healthy, happy and active 
person my whole life.  Ever since I took a trip to the dentist 
office last year I have been suffering from the above symptoms and 
have felt like a walking zombie on the verge of death. I am not 
exaggerating one bit!   I am on my 11 th doctor and they have 
concluded that my body is suffering from mercury toxicity!!!!!!!!  I 
don't know what it feels like to be healthy anymore and am at my 
breaking point.   If banning the use of amalgam in dentistry is not 
going to happen (even though it should) then their absolutly NEEDS 
to be a law that demands!! Dentists to tell you what they are 
putting in your mouths.   

The other day I was talking to some individuals about this very 
matter and a woman overheard our conversation and said "Those 
fillings have mercury in them? I just went to the dentist and my 
dentist filled a cavity with a silver filling."   This woman was 
eight months pregnant.  That is just not right.  WE ALL live in a 
country were we are supposed to be free to believe how we want to 
believe therefore we should be free to decide what IS and what IS 
NOT put into our bodies. We need information given to us so we can 
make educated decisions about our own health.   Its like food, we 
should know exactly what is in our food so we can decide if that is 
what we want to put into our bodies or not.  Not the dentists 
decision not your decision but OUR decision. 

(Along with that, I am going to briefly mention…how dare you approve 
artificial sweeteners for sale to the public. Too many people are 
unaware of the devastating side effects it has on the body and 
millions of people are eating it like crazy because it is being 
marketed towards a healthier, sugar free life.   It's doing more 
harm than good.) 

Anyway what is all comes down to is, why should we be denied the 
option to decide what is being put in our mouths?   I have suffered 
because of it. I have spent so much money on doctors visits and on 
the medications I need. On top of that I am probably going to lose 
my job because I feel so awful that I am barely able to work 
anymore.   How am I supposed to get better if I can't even work?  If 
I can work I can't buy the medications I need to get better.   More 
people than you think are going through this exact same thing and it 
just not right.  Why spend so much money on the cure for Cancer, 
Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, and Autism when you 
could eliminate the cause. I know mercury toxicity is not the cause 
of these diseases ALL the time but I bet you would be surprised of 
how much of a role it does play.   When people say its genetics…what 
that really means is if you put strain or toxins into the body your 
side effects to those toxins or strains are going to be what your 
body is genetically susceptible to get.     

The fact that we are not told if silver amalgam fillings are being 
put into our teeth is simply unconstitutional and it goes against 
what this country is supposed to believe in. Thanks for taking the 
time to read this and I hope the FDA makes the right decision.
