I believe that technology now provides the means for companies to 
instantly 
 provide all of the information now given to the privileged few to all who 
are 
 interested.  No privileged group should have access to advance information 
 about investments w/o making it available to all.
     
 Those articles I have read defending the present system are really defending 
 the privileged few who now profit from advance information.  In my opinion 
 the SEC should require all information given to an outside investor or agent 
 be made available to the entire investment community within a very short 
 time, preferably one hour or at the most that same day. >>
