Oral Argument are published by case number. Windows Media Player is required.

Use this page to search for Oral Arguments by case number or by the date the case was heard. To find a case by its case number, enter the case number (Ex. 01-57131) and press the Search button. To find a case by the date of the hearing, enter the date (Ex. 01/05/08) to access a list of cases heard on that date.

Please Note: For cases heard before an en banc panel, type the case number followed by EB. Ex: 06-54321EB.
