MS Access Tip: In order to successfully import the file into MS Access, do not open the CSV file to an Excel window in your browser and do not open the .csv file in MS Excel. Instead, right click on the "All WebFire Factors" link and save the file to your desktop. Open the .CSV file in Notepad and delete the first three rows. The first row of the file should be the field names, followed by the rows of data. Save the .CSV file Import webfirefactors.csv into a new Access database. If you get a lot of import errors, you may need to delete all the records after the first try and redefine some of the fields as memo or text and then reimport the data to the existing table without the field names.
