There was an error in the round 1 data file for the Auction Tracking
Tool, resulting in invalid data in the "Unused Eligibility" column in
the "Bidders" table. A corrected round 1 data file has been posted
and interested bidders can download and reimport this file to obtain
the correct numbers if they choose to do so. Bidders needing
assistance with this task can call the technical support line at
202-414-1250.
 
Note that this error was specific to the single column of data in the
round 1 .mdb file one and did not exist with the Auction Tracking
Tool data files for subsequent rounds or for the .dbf and .txt files
for any round.  Further, this problem has in no way affected any
calculations regarding high bidder status, bid amounts or eligibility
status for the purposes of bidders being able to place bids in the
auction.
