The announcement dated September 19 incorrectly stated the
round number for the "Begin_Stage_2" parameter that is used
in the Auction Tracking Software.  The round number should
be set to "26".  If you set the parameter to "27" then please
make the correction and reimport the data for Round 26.

Instructions for updating the FCC Auction Tracking Software:

Bidders using the FCC Auction Tracking Software will need to 
update the "Begin_Stage_2" Parameter.  This is done by selecting 
GoTo from the Edit menu in Excel (Alt_E G) and typing 
"Begin_Stage_2" (without the quotes).  Pressing Enter will take
you to the "Begin_Stage_2" parameter.  Then, replace the
parameter with "26" (without the quotes) and save the
Workbook.  The values for "Required Activity" on the "Bidders"
sheet will not reflect the stage transition until this change is
made and Round 26 files are imported.  If the files were already
imported then the Round 26 files must be reimported.

This information applies only to bidders using the FCC Auction 
Tracking Software released in August-September.  NO 
CHANGES are required for your Remote Bidding System 
Software.
