Market Makers are stealing from the American Public.  They must be stopped 
from blind shorting OTCBB stocks.  They control OTCBB stocks as they please 
and call each other and scheeme, bash, blindly hurt individual investors, 
with no respect to who they hurt.  THIS MUST BE STOPPED!!!!!!!!!!!1
     
You are the government who we the American People elected to protect us from 
criminal acts, and to protect us from fraud.  We the American People Need You 
to step in and do your Job here.  Weather the crime comes from within the USA 
or from another Country,  You were hired to protect us from fraudulent and 
criminal acts.  As you can Clearly See these Market Makers are doing just 
that very thing, Fraud and Criminal acts.  WE MUST BE PROTECTED, AND ITS YOUR 
JOB AT THE SEC AND THE NASD TO PROTECT US.  
     
NOW PLEASE DO YOUR JOB AND MAKE MARKET MAKERS FOLLOW THE RULES JUST LIKE 
EVERYBODY ELSE HAS TOO.
