** Note on usage of Public Messages **

The Public Messages Section of the BBS is provided as a service to registered
users who wish to leave messages of general interest to other users. Messages
are limited to 50 lines of text.

It is our intention to routinely review or monitor public messages. We assume
that good judgment will be used.  Offensive or obnoxious messages will be
removed when brought to the attention of the SYSOP.  Also, messages should
be textual in nature.  They are not the accepted  basis for  sharing data.
Information or data of  general  interest will only be uploaded to the File
Transfer Section of the BBS for review and acceptance by the SYSOP.

Finally, since monitoring of public messages is not planned, users will be
disappointed if they attempt to utilize this as a means for communicating with
EPA staff on questions relating to emission testing. Rather, standard verbal
or written communications should continue to be used on such matters.
