The Merced was slightly higher and the SnnJoaquinslight81ylower than in October, but tlie clianges were not considerable. One general rain in moderate amount fell in these wat,ersheds on the 10th. It was foUowecl by a small rise in the hlerced, but no chtxnge occurred in other streams of the district.
