Subject: New station in Zimmerwald (ZIMJ)
We have installed a Javad Legacy GPS and GLONASS dual frequency receiver
in Zimmerwald in addition to the Ashtech-Z18 (GPS and GLONASS) and
Trimble-SSI4000 (GPS) already active in Zimmerwald. The receiver has been
up and running since February 3, 1999. All data since February 7, 1999
(doy 38) have been submitted to the BKG data center which will forward
the data to IGN data center. The receiver has been kindly provided to us by
Javad Positioning Systems (JPS) for the duration of the IGEX campaign.
Notice that the ties between the 3 points (ZIMM, ZIMZ and ZIMJ) are
know accurately (~2 mm) and are given in the respective site-log files.
A complete site-log is available from the IGEX web-site. However, for your
convenience we have included the site log below as well.
