What is the point of driving around in a vehicle with a big jester cap on top of it?
We're relentlessly dreaming up new ways to bring the Fool to you -- and to people who've never heard of the Fool. With the FoolMobile, we'll have the opportunity to meet and talk with folks face-to-face. Plus, it's always fun to pass out freebies (just don't ask us for any ice cream bars).
Will Tom and David be driving the FoolMobile?
No. We've hired stunt doubles to do that. But on occasion, we might throw a Gardner in the back for you!
Why isn't the Rhode Island Red, a chicken, in Audubon's Birds of America?
That Audubon book covers just wild birds native to North America. The Rhode Island Red, although famous and worthy of recognition, is a domestic bird.
How can I get the FoolMobile to an event in my area?
Simply fill out a "Request a FoolMobile Appearance" form. We'll respond to as many requests as we can. Just know that we try, but we can't be everywhere at once -- yet.
How can I tell you about a great idea I have for the FoolMobile?
You probably know the answer by now. Just post a note on our message board. We'll be reading that every day.
How do I know where the FoolMobile will be?
Easy, just have a look at our "Upcoming Events" page.
What is the highest mileage a car has ever achieved?
1,671,000 -- that's pretty darn Foolish if you ask us. A 1966 Volvo P1800 coupe has been officially named by the Guinness Book of Records as the holder of the world record for the highest car mileage. With over 1.6 million miles, the classic two-seater is still driven every day by its original owner in New York. That Fool must have visited our Buying and Maintaining a Car message board! Look for the FoolMobile to beat that record someday.
