About this Organization
Yellowwood Terrace is a 202/8 program of the Housing and Urban Developement (HUD) within the state of Indiana. We have 202 afforable apartments. In which we are using the Energy Savings Bulbs in all of the apartment bathrooms, kitchen over the sink and in their night lights in their bedrooms. In addition we have installed ES Bulbs in all of our EXIT lights throughout the building and overhead at the entrances to the facility. Hallways are presently being converted to 36W ES bulbs. We're excited about the savings.
