Examine the 4 behaviors that inspire or restore trust, and discover how to use this awareness to manage self, lead others, or enhance teamwork. Learn a model of the Six Stages of Personal Power and understand how each stage informs your leadership capabilities, your work relationships, and your ability to remain focused and effective in the midst of uncertainty. Identify practical ways to apply the content from this presentation to achieve more effective personal and organizational results as you position your organization for the future. Since 1982 Delorese Ambrose has shared her inspiring messages on emerging workplace issues in conferences and seminars internationally. Founder of Ambrose Consulting & Training, a firm dedicated to personal mastery and organizational effectiveness, Delorese provides coaching and training for business, government, and the not-for-profit sector.
