Mark Kujawa and Carl Lundberg organized this outing. Any feedback can be emailed to us). Things we considered for this outing were; ANY KIND of handicap format favors high handicap golfers, contest holes are usually won by low handicap golfers, outings are supposed to be fun and kept moving (Tamarack is a hard course), and you do not play with your team on the leagues all season long. This format was created to be fun and work as a Team. We hoped it would spread the prize money around a little more equally. The high handicaps have a better try at the contest holes and the low handicaps are not dominated by the high handicaps as it would be in an idividual event. Looking at the Team Results, having eighteen teams finish within 10 strokes of each other is pretty good. Individually, the 72 golfers finished 25 strokes apart. That ain't bad either.
