Dear Dr. Henny,  Commissioner FDA:
Seeing that fluoride does not prevent tooth decay but rather causes permanent scarring of the teeth enamel which has been proven scientifically, I and the parents of North Carolina would appreciate your reviewing and remove it from all unapproved fluoride supplements.
It has also been stated by the ADA that people in general are not allergic to fluoride.  Not true, because my mother is highly allergic to fluoride and in a matter of three weeks her mouth was a mass of blisters after doing her oral hygiene when our city decided to fluoridate our water.
We will greatly appreciate all your efforts to eliminate this element from our food, water, and drugs.
