Abstract: Northern and Southern Mosaics. The northern mosaic represents photography of estuaries within the northern half of the Charlotte Harbor National Estuary Program (NEP), from Venice Inlet to Bokeelia. Inland waters and the upper reaches of rivers are not specifically included. The southern mosaic represents photography of estuaries within the southern half of the Charlotte Harbor National Estuary Program (NEP), from Bokeelia to the south end of Estero Bay. Inland waters and the upper reaches of rivers are not specifically included. The source images were acquired for time series mapping of submerged aquatic vegetation. The mosaicked images are intended for background reference only and are not suitable for navigation, detailed mapping, or any use where positional accuracy is a concern.
