ACTION: Notice of Final Results of Administrative Review of Countervailing Duty Order. SUMMARY: On October 11, 1984, the Department of Commerce published the preliminary results of the countervailing duty order on certain textiles and textile products from Argentina, specifically men's and boy's woolen apparel. The review covers the period January 1, 1983, through December 31, 1983. We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on the preliminary results. We received no comments. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On October 11, 1984, the Department of Commerce ("the Department") published in the Federal Register (49 FR 39886) the preliminary results of its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on certain textile and textile products from Argentina (43 FR 53421, November 16, 1978). The Department has now completed that administrative review, in accordance with section 751 of the Tariff Act of 1930 ("the Tariff Act"). Scope of the Review Imports covered by the review are shipments of Argentine men's and boys' woolen apparel. Such merchandise is currently classifiable under the items of the Tariffs Schedules of the United States Annotated ("TSUSA") listed in the Appendix to this notice. The review covers the period January 1, 1983, through December 31, 1983, and two programs: (1) The reembolso, a cash rebate of indirect taxes; and (2) a preferential pre-export financing program. We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on the preliminary results. We received no comments. Based on our analysis, the final results of the review are the same as the preliminary results. Final Results of Review We determine the total bounty or grant conferred during the period of review to be zero percent. The Department will instruct the Customs Service to liquidate entries of this merchandise exported on or after January 1, 1983, and on or before December 31, 1983, without regard to countervailing duties. Further, the Department will instruct the Customs Service not to collect a cash deposit of estimated countervailing duties, as provided for by section 751(a)(1) of the Tariff Act, on any shipments of this merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after the date of publication of this notice. This deposit requirement shall remain in effect until publication of the final results of the next administrative review. The Department encourages interested parties to review the public record and submit applications for protective orders, if desired, as early as possible after the Department's receipt of the requested information. This administrative review and notice are in accordance with section 751(a)(1) of the Tariff Act (19 U.S.C. 1675(a)(1)) and § 355.41 of the Commerce Regulations (19 CFR 355.41).
