How do I designate a position as "Incumbent Only"?

Annotate the Position Description of any position designated as an incumbent only position with the 'Incumbent Only' statement by selecting the Incumbency Allocation choice in the Other Significant Facts section of the Position Information Screen. The Incumbency Allocation statement will appear at the end of the Position Description.
