Each GWAC is operated by an Executive Agent designated by the Office of Management and Budget pursuant to Section 5112(e) of the Clinger-Cohen Act, 40 U.S.C. 1412.

All COMMITS NexGen information technology task order opportunities regardless of order value COMMITS NexGen (NG) Incumbency Status: Qualifying incumbents shall be included in a COMMITS NG recompete regardless of contractor tier status and task order life-cycle value provided the incumbent contractor has an active COMMITS NG prime contract and incumbency was earned by winning a previously competed COMMITS NG task order awarded using fair opportunity to be considered per FAR 16.505 (and not a fair opportunity exception). A separate e-mail to the incumbent may be required. Please contact the COMMITS NG PCO at commits@gsa.gov to determine how to notify a qualifying incumbent and for any incumbency related questions. |
