SUMMARY: DMSP OLS 20%, Estimated 80%. East Bering Sea: Iceedge and marginal ice zone west of 162E analyzed using RADARSAT from 356.0304. Sea of Japan: Entire area analyzed using DMSP OLS from 01356.1143Z along with climatology, meteorology, and persistence. SUMMARY: 100% DMSP OLS. Yellow Sea: Area along the western Yellow Sea analyzed using RADARSAT Areas along the northern portion of the Yellow Sea along the coasts of China, North Korea and South Korea analyzed using OLS 360.0943, 359.2220 and 358.2234. SUMMARY: 30% RADARSAT, 70% OLS.
