The Measurement Tools Techniques Methodologies and Data topic area is intended to provide a forum for practitioners that are interested in performance measurement issues specifically related to Tools, Techniques, Methodologies and Data used to monitor organizational performance. Many of the other topic areas are focused on 'what' is being measured. This topic area is focused on 'how' it is being measured. We discuss what Tools, Techniques, Methodologies and Data were used to collect, assemble and display the performance results of the organization. Learning about successes and failures can assist in future data collection efforts for all participants.
