The Birch Creek National Wild River corridor is closed to the summer use of motorized vehicles. Two Research Natural Areas (Mount Prindle RNA and Big Windy Hot Springs RNA) and the Pinnell Mountain National Recreation Trail are closed year-round to motorized use.
