Cattle and Calves: 944           Week Ago: 1,076          Year Ago: 566   

   Compared to last week: Feeder steers and heifers mostly steady.  Slaughter 
cows 2.00-3.00 lower.  Slaughter bulls steady on limited offerings.  Trade 
active and demand good.  Bulk supply Medium and Large 1-2 300-700 lb feeder 
steers and heifers.  Slaughter cows made up 13 percent of the offering, 
slaughter bulls 1 percent, replacement cows 4 percent, and feeders 82 percent. 
The feeder supply included 47 percent steers and 53 percent heifers.  Near 10 
percent of the run weighed over 600 lbs. 
  
   Steers: Medium and Large 1: few 265-300 lbs 127.50-130.00; 300-400 lbs 
108.00-117.50, individual 120.00; 400-500 lbs 101.00-110.00; 500-600 lbs 96.00-
106.00; 600-700 lbs 86.00-96.00, individual 98.00.
   Medium and Large 2: 215-300 lbs 122.50-130.00; 300-400 lbs 105.00-115.00, 
individual 117.50; 400-500 lbs 95.00-105.00, individual 107.50; 500-600 lbs 
89.00-98.00, individual 100.00; 600-700 lbs 82.00-90.00.
   Medium and Large 3: 200-300 lbs 115.00-125.00; 300-400 lbs 95.00-105.00;
400-500 lbs 92.00-99.00; 500-600 lbs 86.00-88.00; few 600-700 lbs 77.00-80.00.

   Heifers: Medium and Large 1: 400-500 lbs 90.00-96.00; 500-600 lbs 89.00-
95.00; few 650-700 lbs 82.00-84.00.
   Medium and Large 2: 300-400 lbs 91.00-99.00; 400-500 lbs 85.00-93.00; 500-600 
lbs 83.00-90.00; 600-700 lbs 77.00-84.00.
