Hi there,
I'm trying to import a list of zebrafish Ensembl gene IDs into DAVID, but without success. Does DAVID currently support only human Ensembl genes?

In Ensembl I can convert my list to EntrezGeneIDs, Genbank IDs, Unigene IDs, etc. What would be the best format to use in DAVID?

Thanks,
fhm

The current Ensembl coverage is minimal.  We are working on an update to increase this coverage.  In the meantime, it would be best to use Entrez Gene for uploading into DAVID.  Below are the species currently covered for Ensembl in DAVID:

ANOPHELES GAMBIAE
APIS MELLIFERA
BOS TAURUS
CAENORHABDITIS BRIGGSAE
CAENORHABDITIS ELEGANS

CIONA INTESTINALIS
CIONA SAVIGNYI
DASYPUS NOVEMCINCTUS
DROSOPHILA MELANOGASTER
ECHINOPS TELFAIRI
ERINACEUS EUROPAEUS
GALLUS GALLUS
GASTEROSTEUS ACULEATUS
HOMO SAPIENS
LOXODONTA AFRICANA
MACACA MULATTA
MONODELPHIS DOMESTICA
MUS MUSCULUS
MYOTIS LUCIFUGUS
ORNITHORHYNCHUS ANATINUS
ORYCTOLAGUS CUNICULUS
ORYZIAS LATIPES
OTOLEMUR GARNETTII
PAN TROGLODYTES
RATTUS NORVEGICUS
SACCHAROMYCES CEREVISIAE
