MISSPELLING ON PETITION: After uploading my petition, I noticed a typographical error in the debtor''s name. How do I fix this?
ANSWER
To correct this error, file the corrected petition page using the Amended Schedules event (located under "Other" heading). Attach a corrected .pdf petition page to this event. No fee is required. Certify that you've mailed out a copy of the debtor's corrected name to all creditors.
