I am writing out of deep concern for the public health and safety.  I am 
very worried about genetic engeering, and as a citizen of this country, with 
rights to health and happiness, I make the demands that:
-the FDA require a pre-market environmental review of any GE product,
-that there be LONG-TERM testing on any proposed GE product,
-that there be MANDATORY LABELING of ALL GE products
-and that no member of the FDA panel be allowed to have any connection with 
the biotech industries.

I have a right to safeguard my own health, and that of my descendants. The 
way that the issue of genetic engineering is being handled currently by the 
FDA is fundamentally undemocratic, in that we the citizens are not being 
allowed to make the choices that we have a human right to make. I do NOT 
want GE products imposed upon me and my environment.
