Subject: Proposed Regulation FD:File No S7-31-99

I realize that the deadline for public comments has expired, but I'd still like 
to add my dissatisfaction with selective disclosure. As an EDS shareholder, I 
was particularly angry with their handling of announcing  reduced expectations. 
I would like to see regulations in place to prevent this type of unethical 
behavior in the future.
