Dear Commissioners,
With regards to S7-5-99, we have been informed that our present market makers 
will no longer participate in helping us in sales and or increasing the value of
     
our stock. Making a broker responsible for policing a OTC Stock is not a 
solution to the scam artist that fraudulently manipulate stocks. This rule will 
simply
put the small businesses out of the stock market and deny us the  ability to 
raise capital and increase the values of our companies. We urge you to veto 
this proposal.
