Sections 112.41 to 112.47, as adopted by TACB May 12, 1989, is a part of the federally approved Texas 111(d) Plan approved by EPA on October 28, 1996 (61 FR 55573) at 40 CFR 62 Subpart SS-Texas, effective 12/27/96. These regulations are not in the Texas SIP.
