| 1. An RF circuit comprising:
an RF power amplifier having an input;
predriver circuitry, the predriver circuitry further comprising an input network coupled to an RF input signal, and a plurality
of inverters coupled in series between the input network and the input of the RF power amplifier; and
an amplifying stage coupled between the plurality of inverters and the input network.
