We are part of the Spectrum Management Division of the Office of Engineering of the International Broadcasting Bureau (IBB) and have frequency management responsibility for the Voice of America, Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, Radio Marti, Radio Free Asia, Radio Sawa and Radio Farda. Our main products are numerical summaries [FMDS] and audible samples [RMS] of shortwave, mediumwave and FM reception from locations around the world. We provide this information, as well as spectrum occupancy data [bandscans], to our customers via this web site.
