Subject: Fair Disclosure

     IMHO   I believe it is a shame to have to legislate something as
inane as this, but it is nonetheless necessary.  We should never have 
had to pass laws about truth in advertising yet we could not live 
without them.  Legislating Morality- its a dirty job but it has to be 
done.
