I am soon to be a first time homeowner and these programs are critical for me.
My morgtgage lender will use FHA and probably the Nehemiah program to assist
me. Why? Even though I make over $50K, I have over $100K in Student loans
outstanding. Working with non-profits in the US and overseas has meant focusing
on helping people not making lots of money.

How atrocious is such a ruling, when there is an entire industry of vultures taking
advantage of homebuyers and judges were not proactive enough to legislate
rulings that would punish those thugs for tricking people into destabilizing interest
rate arrangements. Shame on judges who demote policies that level the playing
field legitimately for regular citizens. What a judge-for-thugs ruling. The entire
mortgage lending industry is tottering not because of sane assistance sellers can
OPT to give buyers, but because of unscrupulous thugs in blue suites who call
themselves lenders. Really the legislate to allow charitable organizations, HUD,
etc. to provide seller asstistance to buyers is needed. Please do not discontinue
this good work.
