General Comment

Provider Conscience? Unconscionable Moralism!

This proposed regulation is another attempt by an administration of idiocy to
legislate and codify the closed minded simpleton ethos that has infested and
plagued this great country for the past eight years.

In spite of the inability to obtain low cost health care, citizens of these
United States deserve full disclosure and complete access to all the medical
options available to them when they seek medical care.

It is unnecessary to legislate ethics, and that is what this proposed regulation
attempts. By requiring a failure to provide complete care the Department of
Health and Human Services puts itself in the position of dictating conscience.
What does this have to do with health?

Finally, to title this proposal as an attempt to inhibit discriminatory policies
is entirely hypocritical. This proposal is a full frontal attack on the rights
of patients to thorough, thoughtful and considered health care. It is totally
discriminatory and an blatant attempt to force feed small minded morality.
